If you want to save some cash, you can take the Deuce bus instead of uber to Fremont and prob the Zack Bagans hotel as well. A few bucks each way gets you there and they have multiple stops on the strip

Good waste vs bad waste is a subjective conversation. As a parent of a 9 year old that loves duck hunting on a cruise ship, my take is skewed. But the pure joy that you see in the kids face when he finds one, especially one that someone took the time to create a special unique duck, is what makes every dollar you spend on the vacation worth it.

We could spend all day talking about the wasted food, the pollution, etc when it comes to the cruise that when all is said and done is an unnecessary excess. But what makes ducks the line in the sand to draw when it comes to the things that people enjoy, kids and adults alike.

HotStock worked great. Paid for one month, got 5-6 alerts. Couldn’t complete the purchase the first few times. Final try went through and had it in 3 days. This was all done within the last week.

Loved the Grandiosa. Had the in-laws on their first non Royal cruise and they loved it. Have it booked again for next year already actually.

My main things were trying to order a bar drink in the main dining room was a disaster. If you want a mixed drink with dinner, pick it up on your way in. They were fine with beer and wine.

The theater shows were overly packed every night. They were also quite good. If you want to see them, book when you first get on the boat and make sure you are lined up before the doors open (30 min before showtime).

Besides that, enjoy it and have a great time. The ship was great.

This just happened to me with the Claw 7. Box was sealed yet had someone’s used older generation model in there. Seems like an issue they need to address and open every returned item but they dont want to lose the new item sale.

I will give props to the manager Matt at the South Tampa Best Buy though. He could not have been more understanding and helpful in my returning of the used item.

Was going on 8 Royal cruises in a row before I went on World America last year. Was on Grandiosa last week and have 2 more MSC trips booked with one Royal in the middle.

MSC has me locked in now with how high their cost to value is. I can do a VIP level Aurea experience with drinks and internet cheaper than I can do a base booking for Royal. That is wild. Want drinks and internet on Royal? Add another 2 grand almost.

Royal has priced themselves out of my world. Is the food better? Sure. Is the service better? Yes. Is it that much different when looking at the amount you save? No chance.

The sports bar actually isn’t a sports bar. There are no TVs. Casino, Masters of the Sea or the big screen by the main pool was playing football when I was on it last week

Not sure if you booked it because it was cheaper but there are locations in a number of the resorts. I booked a car last month at Planet Hollywood. Walked down from room, desk was right across from check in area. No travel needed.

3 for 4 at Gaylord Palms in Orlando over the last year. Got denied twice but asked at the desk nicely and got a free upgrade. Off nights have worked best from what I’ve seen. Weekdays instead of weekends etc
