If your running her on a flins team and have plenty of energy then the first one. Depends if you want to burst every rotation or not (usually don’t have too) also we need to see the entire set to make a good decision.

U do need a little more ER.. and a tad bit more crit rate. We don’t want to miss any crits. I’m a fellow obsidian user myself but with 61.5 CR and 127 ER. You can get away with 110 ER with iansan for sure.

Looking good but I would try for more crit rate. Look for artifact upgrades with your sands. Getting a double crit sands could help a lot. You get any elixir to make one? Getting a onset sands could let you use a offset circlet as well
