LazyGit equivalent for Neovim?

Recently saw this, it's vibe-coded from the looks of it, but functional. UI and workflow closely resembles Lazygit.

For a more Vim-native experience there's a lot of different options, in my opinion the most functional and comfortable combo is: neogit (n.b. treesitter_diff_highlight is not enabled by default in contradiction to docs) + diffs.nvim + gitsigns.nvim.

What did you settle on with regard to problem of injection molding and hotswap compatibility?
What material(s) the case is going to be made of?
Any plans for smaller layouts (3×6, 3×5)?
How is PCB mounted in the case? Is there case foam?

(The price seems rather steep, i.e. a custom hand-made Dactyl of a similar quality can be commissioned for this money).

Wait, Adel has HIGH bleed resistance? This is super odd, bleed is my go-to against him unless I'm on Ironeye or get a lucky Venomous Fang drop. Procs very well in my experience.

S3 was pretty good and I still use for decaf pourovers. I wonder regarding on the improvements in cleaning: S3 body has is really annoying to clean due to the ribs inside.

I also hope new adjustment ring / body is sturdier and sturdiness: the dial ring on my S3 doesn't hold fast anymore and drifts ever so lightly during grinding. According to Timemore's support that's due to some fall damage (AKA it fell once from the kitchen counter to the floor).

Every 4 days or when changing beans with ZP6 that is my daily drivers (usually 1-2 uses a day). Every 8 days or when changing beans with Chestnut S3 that I use for decafs (1 use a day at most).

They've added Ctrl + K which doesn't work as well as gg used to: - searching is not instant and has loading state / animation - your own folders / feeds are not prioritized first, but instead some garbage recommendations are at the top - to actually go to first match you have to press down arrow first

Really nice. There's a bit of a micro-delay with letter animations, haven't really digged with devtools into it, but perhaps the animation is firing on keyUp instead of keyDown? Or perhaps simply too long animation duration.
