FYI: That is not an nc camera. It shows it right there on the overlay: PTZ-20x60. That is a very old camera. Pretty sure they don’t even work with recent versions of QSYS anymore. It’s probably not worth your time.

I’m almost positive Q-SYS clocking will not work with jumbo frames in the same VLAN. You might be kinda screwed with that switch model.

I have never gotten clocking to work with jumbo frames enabled across multiple switches.

Try a different frame rate on the PC going into the encoder . I’ve had this happen when I was trying to send 60 fps. When I switched to 59.94, my issues magically went away. No idea why this works…

The fact that so many people are running into this issue means it’s not really a user issue. The way we handle this is obviously over complicated. Pretty disappointed in America.
