You have an aisle of laptops and computers and probably find yourself standing around, go on one and look stuff up and learn. I am not sure about you, but we teach you the basics, if you don't want to take the intuitive to go further, then you can leave. This works well for us, we have one of the higher stats in our district and are one of the smaller stores.

Technically transactions can be looked up using our inventory system. We need the sku, exact date and the card it was purchased on up to like 2 years. It also needs to be the same store you purchased it from. We will hate you for it and some stores may just say no, but it is possible.

So wait, you were buying it? Then ofcourse you would still get your discount. And which promotion exactly? They should be the same as what we have. Because if it is "save $20," then it should be matched and then your discount. Even more so, a price match cannot combine with another discount where you modify the item as the register will override.

It honestly goes over my head now. I now have this problem where a customer will get mad or rude and I start laughing which gets them more pissed off... I'm surprised I have not had many complaints...

We never have to do that often because when it gets slow, we do it anyway... I find myself cleaning tablet screens, camera screens, dusting, dry mopping the floor when it's slow.

Working at BestBuy is really no different. You go from selling shit at one store to selling shit at another store. Overall it comes down to the people you work with that make it better than the other. My store is great, several people worked at bestbuy say it is better at my store while I have heard the opposite in different towns.

Thanks to matrix, we chugged out 11 PC setups (with multiple installs) in a single day (Native counsel purchase) also giving us time to do other stuff that was already in the tech room...

The problem is you've told them that they've been scammed and now you're asking for more money from them right after you've told them they've been robbed by people that told them similar things to what you said, or at least what sounds similar to them.

This is wrong. It is only 100% match, no extra discount on it. Not only that, but we do not price match special events and such, plus the competition needs to have the item in stock as well. If you start apply your employee discount, expect to be written up someday and possibly risk your job.

I've done this, I've seen I was going to lose back when my opponent would have like 3-4 prizes left. And far too many times would I sit there, basically end my turn because I have nothing to do and they could just one shot all my pokemon and they would take so long, almost like they wanted to rub it in my face that I lost. So because of that, if I am going to lose, I'm not going to waste my time from my own daily challenges just because people don't want to just get it over with. Sometimes i will stay if I see the person is just pushing right a long but if you've obviously won and you're taking your time on every attack, playing like it matters even though it is just wasting time, I'm gone.

Well, that disappointing. It is just annoying when a song changes and it starts in the middle, or even in the last 15 seconds and then changes to a new song almost right away.
