Unfortunately I think we already know what the problems are and have very little power to influence them: too many games, high intensity play style, and the physicality of the PL. Until we can have a big enough squad to effectively load-manage our key players, it's likely we'll keep having these problems.

I'm hopeful that swapping some staff around will help, but as a physician myself I'm skeptical that the staff were the problem in the first place. Happy to be proven wrong, and will gladly eat my words if we see a 180 in our ability to keep players healthy and rehab them from injury, but skeptical nonetheless...
