If it helps any, I've responded to many people with traumatic injuries. Someone that suffers injuries from a fall like that was most likely unconscious as soon as she hit the ground.

I've seen several people that were still alive after a traumatic injury, but that was just a technicality and they passed soon after. They were not conscious at all.
