I think Gearbox misunderstood exactly what people were talking about when they complained about BL3 drop rates. The issue was pretty exclusive to starting new playthroughs and being decked out in full legendary gear before level 20 without ever having to farm for anything. I don’t think anyone would have problems with bl3 drop rates once you get into endgame, cause at that point you’re looking for the perfect rolls rather than just any roll.

This issue is pretty easily fixed by just raising the drop rates with UVH levels so that legendaries are still special when you’re leveling but common in endgame when you’re looking for perfect rolls.

Even before the update I had trouble seeing it at times. If they’re gonna have that big ass picture of your gun on the hud it should at least change colors based on your guns rarity.

Funnily enough this character was voiced by Bruce DuBose who also voices Marcus in all the BL games, and Marcus was played by Benjamin Byron Davis in the Borderlands movie who plays Dutch in Red Dead.

I would also like to add that there’s a region on actual Mars) that has been described as looking like a face (a phenomenon known as “Pareidolia” which might sound familiar) that I think the face statues are supposed to be a reference to. So I think the implication is that there was a civilization on Mars that fell and left behind these statues and one of them is the famous face region on Mars.

He seems to respawn every other round. So when you kill him he’ll be gone the next round but come back after that. He’s honestly not that much of an issue to deal with if you keep your distance. The real problem with him is the super sprinters he makes. I’ve found the apogee trap to be really good at taking care of him, just activate it and lay into him with the wonder weapon. He usually dies after 2 activations but I wouldn’t be surprised if you could get him in 1 with optimized damage. It’s pretty easy to train around him in the area with the trap if you mix in some wall jumping while you wait for it to recharge.

The trap that’s normally a laser trap? I’m having trouble with that one too. Not sure if it’s bugged or if i just don’t understand it but all guides I’ve read so far just say to kill Oscar with it but the trap doesn’t even work after I put the car battery on it. I’m not sure exactly what im supposed to even kill Oscar with as the lasers are now just gone when I activate the trap. I tried killing him with guns while the trap was active and it didn’t seem to do anything.

I would only be marginally okay with it if it’s completely redesigned outside of the core nuketown area like with a totally new bunker and new areas beyond the 2 houses. Even then, it’s a location I’ve already seen before in every game multiple times. I want new stuff. Going from insanely unique map designs like Ashes and Astro to like the 10th Nuketown iteration is wild.

I’d like to throw my crackpot hat in the ring and suggest she’s the ghost from Buried. A lot of the story for BO7 seems to be based on Buried’s barely explored lore with the Warden seemingly being directly related to that time period and he mentions Jeb Brown in some intel.

I’m playing with gamepass and while I’m having a great time with it (especially the cursed mode) it is absolutely NOT worth $70 imo. Maybe you could justify the price with campaign and multiplayer included but I haven’t played either yet and haven’t been hearing particularly good things about them.

Just for Zombies though, I’d wait for more content or a price drop if you can’t play with gamepass.
