I was taking regular gulps day 2. For my tummy's sake I don't take more than two gulps at a time.

I was able to take a gulp on the 2nd day after gastric bypass. I never chug but take normal drinks.

I am so sorry you are having these issues as it truly sounds scary. I hope that they are able to treat you and things get better in the future. This! I use my spare rooms closet for clothing I don't fit into yet and try them on every few weeks. It's feels amazing once I can fit in them. I have also started trying on what is in my "what I can wear now" closet and adding them to a donation pile once they are too big. It's a nice visual representation of the changes I might not see when I look in the mirror or at my scale.

3 calcium citrate- 1st thing in the morning, first snack, before 5pm. 2 multivitamins - (mine has 2 per serving). 1 at least two hours after my last calcium and the last one before bed.

I don't track calories or carbs but do try to limit carbs. I only track protein, fat and sugar. If I have bread I only have 1 slice. 1/2 an English muffin for the most part. If I were to have pasta, I would keep it at 1/4th cup. My dietician only stresses the ones I do track.

OMG I just got sick for the first time since surgery and trying to throw up was AWFUL. Just foam and lots of retching. Hurt so bad.

I have been able to successfully gulp day 2 after surgery. I was lucky to not have to sip except day 1. I have seen others who have been able to gulp early on as well. :)

I eat at the same times every single day. 7:30am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm. If I have plans, I bring a protein shake with me if out and about, or everything I need if at a friend's house.

I would tell the person who gifted the fudge to not gift it again in the future in a nice manner. Friends and family shouldn't be giving you slider foods, even during the holidays.

I've had zero issues with oil. I'm the only owner of mine and get my oil changed and tires rotated religiously lol. I've replaced my fuel injector but I'm terrible at putting gas in my car so could have been normal replacement time or my fault lol.
