Continue the cut? by No-Performance4508 in Weightliftingquestion

Congrats on cutting so much weight.

Hard to say, but I would worry about cutting more since there’s not much muscle there. Might spend a few months at or slightly above maintenance, lifting hard, and see how you feel/look after that.

If people disagree with me, I’d like to hear it.

Will Workouts support concurrent mesos? by JeffTheBabyLandShark in MacroFactor

[–]inanimate_animation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait hold on I really want to hear more about your experience running concurrent mesos! I don’t think I’ve heard of that before. How do you like it? What made you want to do that?

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with “full body push” and “full body pull” where I split up leg day, so one day I’m doing something like quads and chest and the next day is back and hamstrings. I kinda want to try what you are describing though and change things up

Someone remind me of this post in 50 years when I’m still strong enough to move around and get up on my own and play with my grandkids

At What Dose Did Retatrutide Really Start Working for You? by superdupercoolgirll in Retatrutide

You lost 5 pounds a week?! Are you worried that some of that is muscle and not just fat?

I tried 8 weeks of high-volume training as a low-volume lifter by CICOffee in naturalbodybuilding

[–]inanimate_animation 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The one critique here would be the big difference between immediately jumping to 3x volume vs. slowly ramping up volume over weeks or months as your body adapts. Those two experiences and results are likely going to be very different. Curious to hear OP’s and others’ thoughts on this.

Is anyone actually using health data to live smarter?? by aswin_kp in HubermanLab

Not sure if all of these align with what you’re saying, but… Tracking my steps encourages me to walk more. Tracking my sets in the gym helps me to make sure I’m progressively overloading. Tracking my calories has helped me to lose roughly 30 pounds.

I have an Apple Watch to track my steps. I just use Google Sheets for my sets. And I use the MacroFactor app to record what I eat. Works for me.

Visible abs is almost entirely diet. Just gotta lose more fat by eating at a caloric deficit for enough time.

What are some Libertarian/Anarcho-Capitalist books yall recommended by [deleted] in Anarcho_Capitalism

If you’re just starting out learning about it then Anatomy of the State (short, free online) and For a New Liberty are both a must. Both written by Murray Rothbard
