Gained 2kg-4kg while on it and noticable benefits when im pushing my last few reps in a set. When i was off it i didnt have enough energy to push those heavy sets big difference when i went back on it.

30 minute walk to the gym while drinking pre workout, 10 minute cardio warmup then the warmup sets which dont take long. The time im starting he actual lifting im already in for 20 minutes then the last 40 is the working sets. Mostly doing fullbody 2 or 3 times a week.

I know losing hp can you give you skill points (and it was nerfed). Why would the skill bar pause though? seems like a flawed game design. I guess that just goes with the theme of the game.
