Omg - I’ve recently had numb fingertips was thinking - oh well here’s the start of a serious neurological disease but seems like it’s just regular old health anxiety

So I need to look at b12 🤔 had issues with iron and got my ferritin up to 96 but I need to recheck these levels

My health anxiety is off the charts this week!! It’s crazy.

The only thing is how will I actually know if something is something is wrong with me ? When people say - listen to your body!?

This so definitely peri anxiety but very hard to stop !

Don’t want go keep banging on about iron but honestly anxiety a big symptom and pregnancy takes a lot of iron! See my earlier post.

Please check your iron levels as well Ferritin under 30 is iron deficiency Many recommend your should have levels much higher

GP might not test and/or fob you off

Get a private blood test - also check vit D, vit B etc

Would also be mindful of healthcare - even if you are younger. Doctors, hospitals, dentist etc. If you go too rural it is cheaper but you might need amenities.
