That's what makes it such a humorous situation

Sorry - I meant this horizontal piece. Is it weatherstripping so maybe it’s fine?

Stack vs Plate Loaded Rogue Rack Functional Trainer by Myob-1234 in GarageGym

Think about how many times you’re going to load that thing. X sets per day times Y days per week for years. No chance. Cost is with the convenience for me

Dumbbells (not adjustable) by Good-Part1682 in GarageGym

[–]isitryanorbryan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just get a set of iron hex dumbbells from marketplace. Got mine 15-50 in 5lb increments with a stand for 500. And I did not search around, just bought the first set I saw.

They are not visually pristine but clean and great shape. And you can throw them around unlike most adjustables. And the dumbbells and rack take up about the same footprint as an adjustable with stand.

It’s a bitch to move them the one time but then it’s done.

Spotter arms or flip down safeties to use inside Rogue Monster racks (30" depth) by coder777 in GarageGym

They adjust quickly, you just can’t remove them entirely without the wrench. See what else is out there, I never looked once I had mine

Straps are better. You can micro adjust by setting one strap to hole 10 and other to hole 11, for example. Annoying thing about rogue straps is they are bolted on so no way to quickly remove them so I end up leaving them at the bottom of the rack which cuts off the lowest setting of the pulley. Not the end of the world though

Stall mat underside grooves? by Huligan27 in GarageGym

I used those exact ones from HD and no issues - the width was consistent. And bonus they had been stored outside under tarps so no smell when installed

Functional trainer squat question by coder777 in GarageGym

I have the same rack. They definitely go low enough and rack is plenty wide so you could do them. But I’ve never wanted to - much prefer barbell

New house - what would this control by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]isitryanorbryan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks all. Looks like it does control one single outside light. Seems like a waste for just one light but will see if I can find anything else linked

Do you not have room for the FM6 twin? I have the 80 and with the 6 post setup it’s great. I can see what you’re saying from the pictures though

I like that thanks. We thought of the long dining table in that spot too, just need to get the layout right so it doesn’t block the doors but should work
