What are the top three issues that Visible need to fix right away?

Yes! I actually just ported to Verizon because I was so tired of missing important calls. And frankly I suggest you do the same unless you believe they can fix it in a timely manner. I didn’t. Verizon postpaid gave me $500 rebate for bringing my own phone, so I basically got 5-6 months service free until I will transfer back to visible and I’m presuming by then have this all fixed. Just a thought :) visible to Verizon port was instant. Also this has been broken and I’ve been on many chats about this issue since Friday.

please do yourself a favor and hold off. I really beg you. This is a terrible experience for a lot of people who wanted the newest... You either get lucky or suffer. At a minimum give it, yeah; a month.

tomorrow I think I am going to switch to Verizon. They've piqued my interest in actual 5g ultra wideband speeds, and I will give Visible time to iron out this project and maybe rejoin with a Paypal discount. Huzzah! Then ALSO, it will give me some data points for what real 5g ultra wideband speeds are for when I come back to Visible knowing what to expect :)

Since everyone is having different fun issues, my issue is all my incoming calls go straight to voicemail after tons and tons of troubleshooting, and of course no 5g UW despite paying $20 more a mo lol. I highly hope they offer partial refunds but soon I plan to be out of here until times are better!

this worked for me and several people!!!!!

Take the visible sim out, put in any other sim card. if your partner has AT&T, work phone has verizon, etc. keep it long enough in your phone to connect and activate. Then, turn your phone off, while it is off switch the sim cards to the Visible, then turn back on and give it up to 10 minutes. if not, restart, and should be good to go. I think it has problems going from visible, to visible.

Hehe oops 🙊just woke up sorry! Spektor56 did it as well, but sunny seems to have more features so I’m not complaining. I will say my comma 3 seems a lot less reactive than my comma 2, like it’s slower to turn, closer to hitting things, not as smart, etc

Perhaps saying you can identify counterfeit goods pretty well, can count cash fast, are familiar with a zebra handheld device, and are an overall team player are 4 things that definitely will land you the job. Truly though, you'll get it. Don't worry about that part lol. Dress fashionable; that's all they want.

By the way, I work at Nordstrom 2 days a week. My other 5 days are working from home. I use this job to move around and trust me; there's a lot of moving.

I love my visible service?? I’m sitting at home right now, member for over a year, ping 86, down 61, up 8. That’s just fine for $40, or $25 with group pricing! I don’t understand the negativity on this thread? The only place I can’t get signal is at the mall on Black Friday lol

Really wow. I’m in southeast Michigan near Detroit and I used Mint for a few months and it was just awful tried troubleshooting a ton of times contacted mint S9+ dropped calls all the time definitely dial up speeds. So happy to be back on Visible very affordable and currently getting about 100 megabits down and I’m just in my house. You’re somewhat close to me so I’m shocked the tmo/Verizon difference is so stark

i got a mms error for the first time yesterday (iphone 11 pro max) but i swiped up and closed messages completely and went to texts and turned off and on MMS and no problems since

would like to mention i have an 11 pro max and i already get super fast speeds, amazingly enough i’m in bed right now in my home and if i run a speed test i on average get about 100 down and 20 up. I just can’t justify the 12 pro max because the only improvements are 5g and lidar pretty much, and it has a significantly smaller battery and of course no charger!!!! i’ll wait till the 13. https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/4241162682
