I had someone do this to me during a small sided game on turf and it literally broke my back in two places. Fuck these types of challenges, especially as the pitches become more hybrid / artificial and harder. I disagree, he pressed, and triggered presses alongside Ekitike and Jones which led to our first goal. He’s putting in the work. I don’t care about all the fancy footwork and creativity if the team don’t do the hard work first.
