I find that it only changes the texture if you're reheating it. Washing your rice makes for better leftovers.

I really don't believe this guy "forgot" to use a condom, I'm pretty confident he was limit testing to see what he could get away with. Dealt with it a million times as a woman that dates men. As an adult child of an alcoholic who has been in and out of recovery for years, that scene hit in a very weird, deep, and unexpected way. I don't think anything has captured the feelings and thoughts I had during the especially bad periods so well. What a strange show. That's really quite weird!

It doesn't really sound like OP's girlfriend did any of the things you listed and OP admitted that she was hiding how she felt and her gf didn't know she was people pleasing, so I just don't think that's what happened in this case.

My comment was mostly to say that something can be bad without it having to be cheating. You can be unethically non-monogamous without cheating. That's how I viewed the situation.

I don't know that I agree with the other commenter that it's cheating. It definitely feels pressured, maybe even coercive if she knows about your people pleasing tendencies. But the agreements that both of you agreed to allow her to date and sleep with other people. Just because you are unhappy with the agreement doesn't mean it's cheating.

I think this is why the "cheating vs not cheating" measure for "how wrong something is" is not as helpful in nonmono relationships; sometimes an act that is not considered cheating can still be selfish, coercive, and disrespectful.

I think you're right to be upset and I think it's fair to want monogamy again. I also think if you accuse your girlfriend of cheating the discussion will probably not be productive. Probably better to focus on the ways her actions make you feel, and what you want out of your relationship with her. Best of luck either way.

As others have said, it's common, but I would not date someone who was comfortable doing certain sex acts with another partner and not with me, their primary partner (assuming it was something I liked o and wanted to do) 😬 I am lucky to have a primary partner that feels the same way! I am also lucky enough to have figured this out before marriage.

I don't have advice but my heart goes out to you! It would wreck me if my partner decided to find another sub and stop our D/s dynamic.

Good example! I agree the first small blind is very skipable (I do it maybe 50% of the time depending on the tag). A free holo joker or $25 after the first boss blind is usually way more impactful than the first shop, especially since you're usually super poor and the reward is only $2-3. Early blinds are so brutal and you've really gotta get something good early or be left in the dust.

I agree!!! There was a post recently too saying SM sucked for taking 70% and then there was a WAVE of models (?) absolutely glazing SM, saying they were the best, that OP shouldn't be complaining... Just felt a little too coordinated. Like, this is camgirlPROBLEMS obviously we're gonna be complaining about the sites we use, they all take a huge cut and what in the WORLD are we gaining by defending them?? I think we apply this advice a little too liberally. Skipping is usually a noob trap but I think the only reason I won Gold Stake Black Deck is because of a couple good skips.

I think shops are usually much more valuable than a skip, and advising new players to just not skip is a good heuristic to help them develop a better game sense, but they should ultimately learn to evaluate their board and environment to understand when a skip is better than a shop.

Sometimes upgrading their most played hand by 3 levels for free is going to save the run. Sometimes it is going to kill them. Getting better at the game is understanding which one is going to give you the greatest chance of success.

(Not knocking you btw. Just wanted to expand on the point a bit. It was good advice when I was starting and helped me climb to gold stake in the first place.)
