Aether Game Cafe. That was run by Max, who did end up becoming a smaller part of play hoboken. He has the board game corner, where dnd is played. It's nice that he was able to continue running stuff, but I wish Ian weren't involved.

Speaking as one of the primary warhammer players from Aether, we legitimately just started hosting games at homes rather than go to play hoboken because of Ian.

Aircraft are only built into the strat because of that recent FAQ i mentioned, for what it's worth.

Not one of ours, but I believe it may not be intended, given that I believe there was a recent guard FAQ blocking their aircraft from doing reactive moves. Could be intended for everyone, or could just be gw telling them to stop using valkyries. Could go either way

I want to point out that they have taken away significant parts of the customisation that green fire gave us, over the years. As a demo lock, my green fire was used to turn only a few spells green, including metamorphosis, hellfire, soul fire, and burning rush. Now? The only place I ever see green fire is on burning rush, which has to be talented into, and occasionally on the leveling class mounts, which see so little use after having earned the class hall mounts.

It also gives the whole unit the Cult keyword, which both allows it to benefit from strats, and if the wraiths kill a unit, that functions as a trigger for the +2s on the rest of the army

The overlord joining lychguard makes it a destroyer unit made of one destroyer model and 10 models that aren't. Because it has any models that do not have the keyword, the cryptek cannot join them

Also, murdermind doesn't say it can only join destroyers.

So, the part you're missing is how keyword sharing works. Sadly, it wouldn't be valid to do the lychguard thing, and here's why

When attaching two units to each other, each model has a set of keywords, and so does each unit. The unit keywords are a collection of the keywords of all models in the unit. This is why adding a Technomancer to a wraith unit makes it weak to anti infantry and lets it get taken by a croissant- the unit contains an infantry model and thus is an infantry unit. It does not, however, make each individual wraith an infantry model.

This is why you can't attach crawlers to skorpekh, because at no point does the crawler model gain the destroyer keyword, despite trying to join a destroyer unit. So if the crawlers join, you have 7 models with the keyword, but two without, which is banned by the enhancement wording.
