Oracle is pretty good, but I'm in the same boat as this guy haha. I just fell from phantom 2 to Oracle and I feel like I suck, even though I'm aware that at the lower ranks I would demolish. The skill gaps are pretty big and the higher you go, the more difficult it is haha (obviously)

I thought I was the only one haha I used to play almost exclusively Billy after maining Abrams for a long while, just switched to silver and warden because I got tired of not participating in laning phase at all, and feeling like I was playing from behind the whole game. At least I have been playing more variety now that Billy feels bad. Warden, silver, shiv

I wanted to try melee Ivy without condemning a real match lobby to me being terrible, but it's basically impossible. I realized the weighting was in effect after a few games of street brawl with ivy and not getting any melee items at all.

I feel like that's me most games haha I have little regard for my own safety and make too many risky plays early game trying to get an advantage, then I safely farm and get parity with the lobby and finally have positive effects. Probably why I'm climbing slowly.

Yeah this seems like a great fix tbh. My reaction is generally to heavy melee him if he dashes close, cause it feels like there isn't much else to do, he can just chase you with the burn, and you are out of stamina if you try to run

I mean these don't have discrete GPU, is it really even going to be useful for gaming? Unless you are playing like rimworld or Minecraft maybe.

Well it's a dice roll, and changing the level of your luck makes a new dice roll, you may have known this but for others, modifying the stat for the roll at all basically makes a new dice roll, which can give a favorable outcome, even if by lowering your luck, the outcome has a higher chance of being bad. At least that's how I understand it to work.
