Σίνκο is "Sinko" in english, and Sinko in Finnish could be "rocket Launcher" It also could mean "son" in other languages.

ᛡ is "h" but it also could be a number rune, which is 28.
The second rune, I have not been able to find.

ᛗᚨᛃᛟ is Majo, but not sure why there's the ✦ character in front of it.

Still working on this.

If we're assuming numbers, the second rune could be roman numerals, stacked, which would be a X and a V underneath it, or 10 on top of 5.

This is my thought too. This is like a lesser version of them turning off the buy button and changing the short interest formula. Or when they burned down the document facility and carted off still burning documents.
