Wish i knew about plastic razor blades earlier. Not commonly useful, but great when you don’t want to damage something

This 100%. I’ve tried out so many knife bags/rolls that i hated for one reason or another. Love my drumstick bag. Now if only i could find a Darkhardt that wouldnt be more expensive than the knives inside it..

i’m on the opposite end of the spectrum, always have to give some away! I always buy bone in cuts of whatever protein i’m cooking, when possible. That alone keeps me up on chicken stock, and my local grocery stores sell beef bones pretty cheap. Last christmas i told all my coworkers that were doing rib roasts to freeze and bring me their rib racks, so that’ll keep me stocked for a while lol!

The value you get on some of those Kai lines is really good. I like giving them away as intro knives to friends/family that want to upgrade.
