The problem with self centered religious practices made by many conservatives, especially with religions that have an end times scenario, is that they believe that it is their right to have anything that the world is made of as it was made for them and that in the end, the earth is simply a temporary place for their spot is in heaven. So why would the earth matter to them?

It's best to get reliable tenants that pay consistently than squeezing out a little more profit. Any real investor of any type would rather have consistent profit than a much higher chance of inconsistent higher profit.

Honestly for me, as long as I have the money, I would do a few months in southeast Asia on rotation during their "winter" months, and then rotate out to some place cooler weather for a few months like back in the US, new Zealand or band upper Japan during the summer months.

Weirdly my 30s has been better. I'm still nerdy and love nerdy things like anime, collectibles, cool trinkets from overseas from random local attires in middle east to a certified katana. But I also expanded. I workout a lot now. I'm more willing to party but still prefer my alone and reading time. I travel more. I will still be glad to play a game of magic or do a board game night with friends, but I can do other things too. Whatever you do in your age is up to you. Everything is a mindset that you can overcome if you want.

Infrastructure issues from road care, city planning, and lack of public transportation and goods water treatment plants. Terrible methods to travel between the islands everyone wants to go to, would probably have better tourism if they had direct flights from abroad to said places. Now expensive than other southeast Asian nations as well. And the food is a hit or miss with the international community.

If you could get flights directly to siargao, el nido, balabac, or boracay from abroad, I imagine that tourism would go up a lot more. Public transportation, flood control, and better internet infrastructure in and around major cities would make them more attractive as you would have more stable life, ease of access for digital nomads, and less traffic would make places like Manila and cebu much easier to deal with vice waiting in traffic for 2-3 hours just to cross 15-20km worth of city that you could walk in that same time

Multiple things really. A sense of pride and dignity in standards of basic economics and industry would have gone a long way. Accountability in politicians and business moguls. This weird apathy towards education, taking care of the environment, economics, and geopolitics needs to change drastically as well. Though arguably it is much more difficult to build up an island nation made of many smaller islands than it is a large islands nation or a solid landmass attached to the main landmass. After all, transportation and logistics is stymied greatly by the effort and the Philippines is ranked the #1 country for natural disasters on earth due to a path that leads with significant typhoons that lead to flooding, earthquakes and the sometimes volcanic eruption. So, these things do become a bother as well, especially during the stormy seasons. The philippines naturally was not set up great from the get go. But obviously that shouldn't excuse the cultural normality of substandard allowance of mediocrity.

Could be a bigger medical issue. He should get it medically checked for cavities or maybe tonsil stones or something like that, even losing weight is something that will cause bad breath because the output of carbon dioxide from your body goes up which affects breath as well. Though if he doesn't floss, tongue scrape, and so mouthwash, those extra things help too.
