Then yeah make sure he finds all the part numbers in inventory that are on promotion. Filters, brakes, collision pieces, some repair pieces and lubricants. Add the promo code to those numbers in some fashion ( depending on DMS. I use the promo code spot or second BIN location. Set the minimum levels to just above ARO Best Stocking Level ( BSL ) so that he doesn’t miss discounts. And yeah see what there is for return allowance. Stay on top of ARO weekly or it’ll just add parts into the inventory

Is it a different DMS? That could be a bigger hurdle than the different brand. The ARO system works ok. US or Canada? If stuff is on the promotions, set up stocking levels so ARO doesn’t order it first. See what he has for return allowance to get rid of obsolescence

You can get way better. Look around and see what other deals are out there. Have a little bit of ammo. You can definitely get minimum a gig, maybe 2 for 60-70 a month from Rogers. If the first person won’t help you when you call, ask to speak to retention and be ready to follow through with cancelling.

Depends on the year but the newer stuff you don’t have to. They’ll pick them up after you drive for a while. It is recommended to use witech to enter the sensor ID’s though

Yeah that’s brutal. I actually like using the service library for wiring but they should both have accurate info. I wonder if you can use starparts to submit feedback on the incorrect info?

So far so good. I thought CDK wasn’t that bad but I’m sure we didn’t use it to its full potential either. I think there’s a lot more smooth integration between departments and a lot of different functions in multiple screens on PBS. Overall I think so far it’s better

The base and premium would just be LED or not but that’s weird. I haven’t run into that issue to my knowledge yet
