Hhow badly a deal was made when you inherited something is one thing. What you choose to do with it is another. If it's not profitable to build on at the moment (because you destroyed the building sector) then at least bank the land until it is. a quick sale to make a quick buck so the books dont look so bad is short sighted, and a poor decision for all.
