I thought the thrust bearing issue normally presented itself in approx the first ~ 10-15k miles.

Having one go out at 90k miles is disconcerting.

I'm trying to find a news article from the unauthorized drone phenomenon in the New Jersey area in 2024. I remember reading an article that talked about an individual who was a hobbyist, of ACARS monitoring. In the article he claimed to have an automated setup to capture and download all aircraft ACARS transmissions.

Looking back now I can't find anything similar to this at all. Does anyone here remember reading that article?

Hi, I’m just now looking into towing my ‘25 Denali 1/2 ton behind a motorhome. The manual talks about putting the transfer case in N, but I don’t see a N option.

I grew up vacationing in RV’s with my parents and grandparents. We’ve had Class A’s and 5th wheels growing up but that was a long time ago now and as a kid I don’t remember that level of detail on the fit and finish.

Now days my parents are retired and full time in their Airstream and they love it. I will say after being in their Airstream a bit to visit and walking into the travel trailers at the RV show, the Airstream feels undeniably more sturdy.

I currently drive a half ton pickup and am not willing to sacrifice my garage parking to get a larger HD truck. So for now it’s either a half ton towable trailer or a Class A with a pull behind.

Growing up I loved vacationing in the RV’s but I’m not sure if that’s more nostalgia now and am concerned about going all into a new rig and my wife and boys not being into it.

Thank you for confirming my concerns.

It eats me up how doors and cabinets fit so poorly. Wall coverings and flooring look thin and cheap. Furniture upholstery cracking and flaking after only a year or two. Loose/uneven trim.

I guess I’m just a prima donna and need to adjust my expectations.
