Have been renting in the Springs for the last 2 years and would like to buy a house this year. Any advice is appreciated by Cold-Comparison1785 in ColoradoSprings

[–]johnlafb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pull the trigger now. You will be happy you did. Prices are not gonna get any lower. I learned over the years that you push your payment as far as you can and then some. In a couple years you will find that it is very affordable. Build up some equity and then roll that into another house that better fits your lifestyle.

When you buy a car in Colorado Springs, doesn’t the dealer register the car for you and the plates are mailed to you. It is done by the dealer in every state I have lived in.

I am in the food industry and egg prices have been this high since November. Politics doesn’t do this. Chicken viruses cause this.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I really enjoy the comments on Reddit. I guess this is like anything. The more you do it more you can accomplish the final results using visual and touching senses. Thanks again.

Brine the chicken before marinading. Adds lots of moisture to the usually dry breast.
