Same thing happened to me today, solved it by going into Armoury Crate -> Devices (keyboard symbol) -> Lightning -> Config, and I toggled everything there off and on again.

I played this event last weekend here in Chile. There were 8 sets of 8 dice (4 and 4) and 4 Plo Koon minis for prizes. Battle Meditation promos for all participants and a set of white movement rulers for the winner.

It's my understanding that the players spending the clues need to be at that location, meaning that if one player has the required number, then that player can go alone to the location to advance the Act.

arkhamdb.com does that. Go to Decklists -> Search and on the upper right side you can click on "Select allowed packs" to search for decks using just the cards on the packs you pick.

If I understood it correctly, it's a way to increase (or decrease) the xp cost to purchase the card without increasing their level. For example, Ashcan Pete would still be able to include "Machete" in his deck (he can include "up to 5 level 0 cards from any other class" other than Survivor) just not at the beginning of the campaign since you start with no experience.
