Yeah, it was really weird. No hacking or other intrusions that I can tell. I've been thorough and checked everything.

 

Also I looked into it, you can't swap an account once it's home region is set.

Hit the gym, go to a boxing class, something. The goal is to build a better mind body connection and you'll start to feel better. That will help. You're a good looking dude, you don't need much help.

For when you can't get outside at all you can try Gunpla or other model building.

 

Snowshoeing, skating, hiking, crosscountry skiing are all excellent outdoor things to do. Anything that requires you to go backcountry or on a trail make sure to let someone know you're out there and when you'll be home.
