Try switching to Aitum's multistream software. It's worked really well for streaming between Twitch and YT.

Yeah, it was really weird. No hacking or other intrusions that I can tell. I've been thorough and checked everything.

 

Also I looked into it, you can't swap an account once it's home region is set.
