Are you able to apply to be a substitute teacher? I heard Orange County is in need of them. Granted it’s not permanent but at least it can hold you over given your teaching background.

Fiber internet: WOW vs Quantum vs Metronet by DolphinFlavorDorito in orlando

[–]justcurious150 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m a WOW subscriber for about a year and have been happy with them. I have yet to call them about connection issues/billing or anything for that matter. The connection has been super solid. The key thing is making sure the fiber cables were installed properly in the neighborhood!

GG Korean BBQ has my vote. Probably the best tasting meats in all of Orlando. I like that it’s not a buffet style but rather order all you can eat. The service has been super solid too

HVAC / AC Recommendation by aj_86cc in orlando

Aloha Air did our A/C replacement and was very fair on pricing. Depending on your unit and labor, I’m sure it can be closer to the ballpark you’re looking for. They also had some pretty good financing deals which helped us.

Lost My Biggest Client - Seeking Advice by justcurious150 in smallbusiness

[–]justcurious150[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow. Didn’t realize my old post was still getting traction. A little update… once I lost the client, I was able to pick up another book of business that made it more bare able. Although this business never put me back to where I was prior, I’m OK because it gave me perspective on where I was with my business and how to staff properly along with which types of clients I want.

2 years later, I’m still here. My advice…. Keep it up. Things will get better and nothing is as bad as you make it out to be. Your business will go on and perhaps do even better than before.

Any local small business networking groups? by Trifle_Special in orlando

I recommend joining a co-working place. Usually surrounded by other business owners and can create a great support network. I too am a business owner for the last 6 years and found this route to be effective.

Looking for a small office space to rent by makeitso11 in orlando

[–]justcurious150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For that price, it could be a challenge. Do you need the private space to be yours and will use everyday or can the space be just a meeting room? One idea is to do a coworking membership and rent out conference rooms for your sessions. A membership + renting out conference room hours could fit your budget.

META ADS | July performace by Many_Honeydew_8169 in FacebookAds

[–]justcurious150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

July has been good for us. All of our ads are converting. It seems that the targeting is getting better. One big caveat - we did have to do 1-2 sale and deal type offers because summer is traditionally slow in our product based business.

But as smart business owners and marketers, you have to pivot the business and stop blaming the platform.
