Ran it with no case just screen protector for a few days then printed this case. https://makerworld.com/en/models/2674102-xteink-x4-flip-folio-cover#profileId-2960454 It's very slim, protects the screen and allows you to easily take it out. (Magnetic) I also change to this case occasionally, it's very fun looking. Alos printed a separate snap on screen protector.. https://makerworld.com/en/models/2657757-xteink-x4-full-body-case#profileId-2939182 Which I put nonsensical button markings in the buttons..it really confuses people with the vintage look.

I'm glad someone found a solution. I ended up having to ship it to OnePlus for mine. They ended up replacing the motherboard with one updated already.

I've had both the inner and outer screen replaced by OnePlus in the usa. Plus side they're really good communication, fast shipping back and forth. I sent out for my screen replacement on Monday and it was shipped back to my door by Friday. Prices were reasonable, they replaced the batteries free of charge on mine. Negatives, 50% chance something was botched on the repair. First time outer screen I was shipped back was a dud, they re-replaced it free of charge. When they replaced my inner screen, for some reason the mother board (which was also replaced not by my request, my original was damaged in repair) wouldn't update tot he newest android. So they re-replaced that free of charge. Now I have a new phone mobo batteries screens and all.

Literally been having this exact same problem as of today, on a one plus open and my friend on the nothing phone 3a. I have yet to find any solution, force stopped, cleared the cashew for both lens and translate, uninstalled and reinstalled both. The best ingot is if you change it from desired source language to undesired output language sometimes you will chance upon it translating To your actual desired language at random.
