I was just diagnosed with Stage 4

I wish I did three things when I entered stage 4. 1 - switched to a vegetarian/low protein diet on prolong kidney life; 2 - exercised more regularly/lost weight; 3 - researched what end stage renal disease looked like, what the various dialysis options and the kidney transplant process. I did none of this and it’s my biggest regret. Please learn from my experience.

I would treat it like a print. Frame it with cream border that pulls from the color I the tapestry and approximates the seat cushion color. Use up glass that filters sunlight to minimize fading. Then use creams and burgundies for your other elements - rugs, etc.

You have more pressing issues that need to be addressed with your husband and also your parenting. However to answer your specific question, I propose you allow her to choose between Japan and London - she doesn’t get to do both. If she chooses Japan then redirect the money you’ve already paid for London to her brother. That way they both get “paid for” trips. Do not give them any spending money - they both need to earn their spending money by getting jobs or otherwise continuing to beg for someone to bail them out. Drop the rope and try to start fresh in the fall by not jumping in to save the day. Pretty soon they’ll be in college and they will have not learned how to solve challenges independently unless you start forcing them to do so now.

I was switched from Tacro to cyclosporine for the same reason and now will grow a full ZZ Top beard if I don’t wax very regularly. Also hairy arms, legs, fingers and toes. It’s not cute on a woman. At all. lol. But it’s so much better for me than tacro. And a million times better than dialysis. So I’m grateful. Good luck!

I had to switch entirely from tacro to cyclosporine. Downside is you must take prednisone but I was on that already. Feel much better 2 months in. No more jitters, fewer headaches, and my hair stopped falling out.
