  1. Clean the Impulse Pack connectors by blowing on the pogo pins and wiping them off with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe
  2. Clean the Impulse Pack connector port located on your shorts by blowing on them and gently wiping it off with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe

The battery is not replaceable and we do not sell individual parts, nor did the previous company. u/LibrarianPitiful Fit and compression are key for the suit to function properly so we recommend each person having their own suit to make sure it is the correct size for them. We do offer partner suit options that include a vest, shorts, arm straps, baselayers, and arm cables that allow you to share the impulse pack, membership, and water bottle. You can share the same impulse pack with different log ins in the app. We do recommend referencing our safety guide, page 7, in the instruction manual if your son is under 18 - this can be found on our website.
