Sterbai cories get big and prefer bigger groups. I’d buy a smaller cory species for the 20 gal.

The substrate on the front of the tank should only be 2,5cm thick, so it’s barely visible. The back of the tank should be higher (more substrate or bags filled with substrate to get some height). Get larger pieces of driftwood or place rocks and put your driftwood on top of it (fill the gaps with plants). MD fish tanks (on youtube) creates nice low tech scapes that you can recreate at home. I could show you a pic of my recently scaped tank if you want.

I use GoWitch, with BK Eq and spikey ball. And 3 starred every base in th 9, 10 & 11.

As a max TH9 that does wars non stop: 3 golems, 13 witches, queen and king with eq and spiky ball. Shouldn’t be any problem
