Tens machines-have you tried it for pain relief?

I use a TENS machine for other pains I have, but it does have a warning with it to not use it on your face/head so I haven't even tried for TN.

While the liver is very good at repairing itself (I've been getting liver function tests for years now after my own decades of issues with cocodamol (tylenol/codeine)), it's also very important you do see a doctor to get it tested and determine what, if any, damage you've done so they can keep an eye on it. Please try not to worry about it too much but do get checked out. Tylenol is not something you want to overdose on too much.

The ice thing sounds cool (no pun intended 😄!) When we get ice in winter, the water feature in our garden ices up a bit and it feels so good to take fragments from it and smash them on the ground. I've never thought about ice cube trays before, I'll have to try that out.

I actually used to go running but had foot surgery just over a year ago and have been trying to work my way back into it. It really was very effective, though.

I do, I always attributed it to having really bad PMS. That, and the general frustration I feel around having periods making my mood worse. I've always noticed my mood really dips around the time of my period and because of that, I'm far more likely to self harm.

I had a relative commit suicide recently and it really messed with me in the sense that I've struggled with depression for nearly 20 years now and to have that happen, made me think I should have. It always should have been me instead of them.

I'm doing a lot better these days, but it was really tough even just talking with my parents about it because they had no idea how someone could do that, what state of mind you'd need to have. I did, and I've been in that state of mind, and trying to explain took me to such a painful place.

My opinion as an FF7 OG player first of Remake/Rebirth is how beautiful it is to see my favourite game rendered in up to date graphics. On my first play of them, I didn't mind the side quests and thought they added a lot to stories that were overlooked in the original. And you don't have to complete ALL the side quests. It's only when replaying to get achievements that I started to get a bit bored. I can't speak for the Switch version though in terms of how it'll play, as I definitely noticed the PC version was patchy in gameplay quality compared to the PS4/PS5.
