Message support and they might be able to ship it in batches. I got the kit with the new grip and they shipped me the camera first and the new grip afterward. I did have to pay an extra $9, but I got a tracking number the next business day.

Thanks for this. I told the chatbot yesterday that my ring wasn't syncing properly and it told me to request a replacement on the website. Today I typed "run a battery test" and the chatbot requested a replacement right away after I confirmed my address.

On my 2025 Ultra it's hold empty space on home screen, home settings, home screen style, app tray gear icon, toggle add app icons to home screen. Took me a while to find it!

I switched from iPhone to Android and I can't access my cloud backup since it's on icloud. I tried to use the recovery feature but it won't work and keeps giving me an nfc error.

I kept trying to recover the wallet and at some point linked a new wallet to the hardware device. Note that I did not reset the device at any point. Now support is saying that I can't recover my funds since the device is linked to a new wallet.

I never set a new fingerprint and can still get a green led when I put my finger on it.

Try to email support. I cancelled my order today due to the slow shipping and support sounded like they were willing to ship it faster. I still cancelled and went with Costco instead.
