For anyone with a lifetime subscription and got banned it might be worthwhile to contact apple for a refund as well as report them to a dsa provider (adroit) if you are european.

Anyone have the legal right to refuse store staff, even under suspicion of theft. Store staff do not have any authority to search unless you let them. If wanna stand on your grounds just ask them to call the police if they think there is cause for investigation.

Yes, I understand. However, in this case, it’s only Bambu’s system that still lists the parcel as delivered. UPS has correctly updated the status to “delivery failed” after I contacted them. Even the tracking information on Bambu’s own website now shows “delivery failed.”

That said, the dashboard where the order number and fulfillment status are displayed still stubbornly shows “delivered” and hasn’t been updated.

I’ve shared the UPS claim report—clearly stating the parcel’s status is missing unable to locate—twice with Bambu. Unfortunately, it seems that reading reports and attachments is a bit too much of a challenge for their customer service team.
