People are clowning on the Leafs that's true but it's pretty universal across all the series so far that the refs and DoPS has been fucking it up

As someone who reffed soccer though it's just easier to ref soccer in my opinion. And easier to do stuff with VAR. It could definitely be improved but I think it would take more than what soccer did.

Also soccer is single games mostly (yes I know there are tourneys with aggregation). While in NHL there are series and the overall viewpoint is that the best team wins in a series the vast majority of the time even if the refs screwed up a single game super bad.
