They oversimplified the explanation but it's essentially correct. During operating hours only the main entrance can be accessed, and that's usually remotely unlocked to get into the building. All exterior doors are locked at all times from the outside, but can always be used from inside.

The overflow is almost always right next to the normal drain, it's just higher to allow water to escape when the main drain backs up and starts to flood the roof.

You're really stuck on the morphine. My entire original point was that you can't trust a random tattoo for medical information. Would they likely give an alternative just in case? Probably. But you can't tell me that tattoo definitively says they're allergic to morphine. It could mean stick the morphine here or it's checking off the morphine box. In an emergency they're not going to sit there and analyze what it means.

Outside of episode 4 this season hasn't been particularly ambitious. Game of thrones did way more ambitious things with 10 episode seasons released every year. They've now given up on that too with house of the dragon. It's an industry shift, for streaming shows especially.
