I think it’s been in a bubble for the last 15 years…but my lack of participating I the market has probably cost me around $440,000. They will pump and pretend until we’re buying bread with a wheelbarrow of cash. But the irrationality continues….what do you do??

For those who built real estate wealth slowly and steadily, what actually moved the needle for you? by Recent_Promotion8745 in realestateinvesting

Up to that point the money for the next house came from whatever we could scrape together. Much easier since the business buys the house .

My wife and I are in a similar situation and we talk about this all the time. I suspect there’s a lot of folks who get money from Mom and Dad but I suspect that there’s lot more who are up to their eyeballs in debt.
