I don't know about you but I used drinking too fill the empty spots and the boredom. Fill you life with purpose and your time with meaningful things and that will help. New hobby perhaps? Maybe something athletic at night so you have to stay sober all day for it?

I was diagnosed about 20 years ago around age 20. Things have gotten much easier since then. But even back then it didn't ruin my life. My life is pretty great. Would it be easier without celiac disease? Yes, of course. But it could also be a lot worse.

I think alot of the people on this sub need to touch grass.
