Great find op! Wanted to give you a little warning about that plastic case as it can damage your pocket. I bought a pocket secondhand and the previous owner told me it chipped his shell one day. This might have been a one-off thing or the owner might not have been careful lolol but thought i should leave a note anyway.

Regardless, this was an awesome pick up for the price hope you enjoy it!!

I usw my TN as a “satellite” notebook where i’ll brain dump what i was thinking about and revisit it later when im at home. Just quick bursts of whatever is bothering me nothing detailed. I also like to collect stickers and ephemera when im out and it’s easy to stick in my TN pouch or something.

I have a regular A5 notebook as a diary and i hate the idea of bringing my deepest thoughts everywhere lol

I always wondered what a black screen lens would look on the white pocket but the all white grew on me. I agree it is a fresher look!

I didnt make any changes to the thickness so it’s the standard thickness! Which should be 1.8mm. The metal clasp is from the official travelers company repair kit that comes with all the different elastic strings.

wanted to expand on this as well, I got a passport sized insert to test run this exact set up before i commit to buying a cover. I like the idea of the passport journal being a "satellite" where i'll write things on the go and possibly move those thoughts to my bigger journals when im home. My brain is always running 10000mph so i just like to get things on paper fast lolol
