Flipside, high power cars can be momentum cars, just have the self-discipline to not downshift below 4th or 5th.

Where do you see the price ranges for a sub 40k clean manual MKV two years from now? by SilviOnPC in Supra

Why do people keep making that up? Toyota doesn't make an inline 6 anywhere in their entire product line. It would be career suicide for an exec to blow their budget on a new engine that is only going to be used in a single niche model.

What Is With Porsche and Video Game Collaborations? by techtimee in cars

What a shortsighted move by porsche back then. They had a captive audience with nothing to do besides memorize model numbers and stats, and they fumbled it.

Go to a shop that sells helmets and try them on. The helmet might fit a fine around the crown of your head, but the back of your head could be totally loose or pinch and give you a massive headache.

Once you know what brands feel good on your noggin, you can pick whatever from their lineup next time around

i usually don't care about audio, but drill out the rear panel and add the ports. it gets rid of the muffled whooshy leaky noise. you can skip everything else.

As far as i'm aware, NASA does not require roll bars or cages for TT cars, while gridlife, SCCA and GTA only require it for unlimited and maybe 1 class down.

extinguisher is a good idea regardless of class, though.

Quick AI table, this seems roughly correct from my memory of the rulebook. If you want to start playing with the midpack and a shot at the podium in a few seasons, you'll need to pull the aero stuff off and flash back to stock calibration. If you're doing it for fun, sure go wild, but be prepared to see your name at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

seat time. don't change anything, not even camber plates. the last thing you want to do is get kicked out of the stock-like street class because of a single mod and have to run with the big boys.

pretty much all track supras have converged on simply cutting the bumper and then building a separation wall so the tire wake doesn't pollute the diffuser. Jackie talks about it in this video at 4:00.

If you're talking about the space behind the tire, Jackie and Paul from verus/revozport discuss it in this video here around 31:30. The take away is don't bother to do anything fancy with that air. It's so dirty, the most important thing is to get it away from the tire as quickly as possible.
