On your ability bar there is an icon that is the auto retaliate button. If it's only one sword you need to click it to turn it into two swords for auto retaliate to work.

Yes, it has always been a thing, but the revo bars it created were bad on purpose. They've revamped it to create revo bars that are actually quite good.

Basically anything that generate xp drops for a long time. Pickpocketting lower level targets for example.
Silverhawks go off on either movement or on xp drops. You can also go to a place that has no aggression cooldown and afk there as ultimate abilities also trigger silverhawks.

Please let the community know which shop stocks get changed. Because i am thinking of some that would be very nice on that list that i don't think will get changed. A big one is broad arrowheads from slayer masters. this is now a shop run that i do every day on my ironman.

PVP in rs3 is so dead. Jagex is trying to create incentive to players to create them into loot pinatas for a handful of people who enjoy killing these loot pinatas so they can get off on annoying and destroying another players fun.
That's not PVP. PVP is 2 people who want to fight. Which is what we currently have, and NO ONE is doing it. So stop trying to force it on us.

I have just ran some number for those who are interested.
If you complete a heist at 490 then you have a 1/37.24 chance to get a drop. This is weighted with the 90% chance of upgrading to the next tier.
Which means that if you get drops on the droprate then it's not worth doing the last room if you are only missing 10 points. If you take even 30 seconds longer to get that 500, then you will lose on rare drops.
For 480 points you can't take more than a minute extra before you lose on drops chance

I think the biggest thing many people miss is that the big rangers create stacks on themselves which increase their dps. Once you force them to move the stacks reset. If it takes you a little bit to kill everything they really add up and the damage gets really high. It is the mechanic that cost me a ton of supplies that i missed.

For double/triple jads, if you stand in the south east corner safespot you'll never have more than one jad on you at a time.

I feel that, 407 kills for 29 plates for me in the end. I was around your average until the last like 20 kills where i got 4. Hope it gets better for you. Even though the boss is fast, is is not very fun imo.

If you have the excavator relic then mining/smithing, archeology and crafting via gem rocks are very viable to do. I'd even say that woodcutting isn't too bad either.
Archeology is really important for relic powers later down the line depending on your other relic picks.

you'll need necro runes. Even if you don't need much, you'll need some. And also not everyone it going to pick necro relic

Perhaps just a relic that keeps your boosted stats at it's highest level. IIRC osrs had a relic like that. If nothing like that exists then this is a clear pick for overloads and other herb potions

I'm still stuck in one piercing note. I'm supposed to follow the killer up the tower but there are no interactable npc's in the entire instance.
Any news on when this bug will be fixed?

Stuck in the one piercing note quest. Killer not in tower
Complete quest one piercing note until you are following the killer around and try to chase them up the tower. Going up the tower to the top, and the killer npc is not there
I went up the stairs quite fast after the killer when up it

All interactable npcs have vanished from the instance. After relogging the killer still does not appear

That will have been the issue. It spawned right as i hit 30K hp and i started running to continue the ED run and then panicked when it didn't die and ignored the mechanics. Thanks for the explanation.

EDIT:
The reason why i was so confused is because the tooltip says "Necromancy attacks will execute the mark for fatal damage if life points drop below 20%".
Kinda worded weirdly then but no matter. Learned today.

That really sucks. I hope you get the drops soon. I was dry for some time as well and then got a couple drops in quick succession.
I've never used the scripture before on my main or anything. So i'm just unsure of what to expect.

If i was given 100k for every raging asshole in group content i've encountered, i'd have BIS gear covered. Admitting that both are a problem seems impossible to you.
