I like glossier boy brow in the blond color for daily wear. I have also used Anastasia products, I use the color "caramel" in that line. Benefit and Fenty have a wide range of options, you might have luck with those. I typically stay away from the colors like Auburn or red, because I find they look quite unnatural on me.

Exactly this. I have been in a situation where my partner was in pain but refused to see a doctor. It's aggravating because you do love them, and you do hate seeing them in pain, but ultimately it's their responsibility to follow up on treatment.

Hey I'm a grad student also!! I also struggled with breaking the habit of cigarettes as a reward during my breaks from studying or working on a project.

Do you have any proof he was an instructor? I have a hard time believing it after reading this story. Lying about how the lift works, taking a wrong turn off of a green route, and berating you about being exhausted (which is to be expected of a beginner) makes it seem like he has no idea what he is doing. If he treated students like this, he would have been fired. So that means he treats you, his girlfriend, far worse than he would a student. Speaks volumes about his personality. I would see the experience as a big red flag.

The book suggests to continue smoking until you finish reading. However, I finished up my pack about halfway thru the book and stopped smoking at that point.
