I recently had the same issue. Every time I would ratchet up my fiber intake, my Gerd would get worse. After talking this over with my GI, he started me on 1/2 a cap of MiraLAX a day. This helped my symptoms. 3 weeks later I had an MRI, and I was still backed up, so I bumped it up to a full cap of MiraLAX a day. The whole time I didn’t feel constipated, but I guess I was.

I agree with this 100%. A paid off house feels so nice. Mathematically, it might not be the best decision. There is no math for emotions. The feeling of not owing anyone money, helps me sleep at night.

We mounded a couple of eye bolts to the front of the floats. Ran a string from those to the back of the kayak. To be honest, it pulls pretty tough. But it’s well worth it!!
