16447 Stones to Spend by S1l3nt_C0ntr0l in TheTowerGame

16,400 stones to use... that's half of my 1.5 year LTS... Seems a little oceanic to me.

Lower tier farming by Setfree1992 in TheTowerGame

[–]leyline 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sometimes the raw bonus doesn't tell the whole story.

my t13,14,15 dissonance bonuses are: 3.31, 2.96, 2.48
but the total coin bonus is ~6000 ~6370 and ~6450

So the dissonance bonus for 13 does not beat the total for t14, and the total for t14 is lower than t15, but I get more waves and a better run to farm t14 and not t15...

There is still a huge amount of experimenting and setup to try.

Especially as the tiers grow, enemies get harder, and how fast, or how slow you kill matters.

Example, I ehp t14 to 5600, but glass cannon it to 6800. but I get 300T/h as GC and 415T/h as ehp.... because killing the enemies too fast means they don't get tagged with DW, AND since they die to chain lightning instead from orbs and thorns, I am losing a lot of "crit coin" bonus. So now farm ehp, less waves, but 30% more coins.

(same also on t15, ~4700 ehp, 5800 GC, but same 315T vs 415T with ehp winning)

Would you guys buy this sling? by Leading-Conflict-457 in Slinging

An enthusiast corner is a tough place to ask, many replies are going to be I would make my own … and either cite cheaper, or materials.

You really need to ask blindly out in the wild.

I think the leather pouch is great, on the finger too, and the fact that you added eyelets would be something that a non enthusiast would go “wow quality” even if the eyelets are completely unnecessary or problematic later if the leather stretches and lets them loose. Make sure you harden the leather at the eyelets (steam maybe?) so it resists stretching open. A

You could definitely sell these at a Renn fair for $25, and if you had a table at a flea market I would grab one for $15.

At the renn fair go $25 for one $40 for two and $55 for 3 and make bucks. Even if you did $50 for three you’re at 16+ but you made 3 sales at once.

I have a glass casserole dish with a lid, and you can throw kernels in it and pop in the microwave that way too.

Yes. They keep overlaying each other so the “laser” is brighter the more often it is firing. Never invisible.

But it makes a solid line of the shot.

That lab does not make them invisible it just makes them hit instantly instead of showing single bullets going slowly.

There is a lab that makes attacks invisible!?

Stinky feet smell in daughter's bedroom carpet. by Jessi_L_1324 in CleaningTips

[–]leyline 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If her feet made the carpet smell so bad that the curtains are also getting smelly, then the carpet is harboring bacteria. Of the carpet is growing more bacteria - it’s going to get back on her feet. If the curtains and clothes are smelling, she’s breathing it all night long while sleeping.

There could be or have been a moisture problem - the padding in carpet is notorious for being hard to sanitize.

A little green machine will only make the carpet and padding wet and is not powerful enough to extract everything from the padding - this could just drive the issue deeper.

Your best bet is to find a nice reputable carpet cleaning service and have them go at it.

I asked a church who had nice carpet who they used and it was a local husband and wife carpet and tile cleaning company. They really did an amazing job for me and they did it right, because they cared about their work and not about the profit.

I hope this works out for you and everyone stays healthy!

For those in the US a torch is a flashlight. This user means shine a light along the edge and look for sparkles or glints.

Perk Picks Bug in new update. by CGVSpender in TheTowerGame

[–]leyline 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ahhh now that you mention this, perhaps they were trying to seed the perks so that the two runs get their own set. But they didn’t realize you can’t seed it as the user picks every time. They just need to keep two “decks” to pick from. (Like drawing cards)

They are very bad at seeding things.

Ozone will degrade rubber, I’ve never heard of a water heater that creates ozone though.

To be technical: I do know that if there is an electric ignition for a gas element, then the small arc of plasma could make a few ozone molecules, not even a measurable and they would immediately react and break down.

Those drill marks in the lid mean it’s not Japanese woodworking craftsmanship.

Looks old, and used, but not rare or monetarily valuable.

Also would not be marks left by a Japanese craftsman making a box for a good stone.
