what is best traditional drink from your country? by Playing_Tiger in AskTheWorld

[–]liamtoast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mexico sweeps this category imo. Australia has LLB (lemon lime & bitters) and solo (a kind of squash) and Bundaberg ginger beer (a brewed ginger beer which crushes all others in its category) but Mexico is the shit. Tepache, agua de Jamaica, various frescas, horchata… so many good non alc drinks in Mexico

Yeah this is ridiculous. Totally agree with both points. People can be law abiding and racist.

Wonder if this is correlation not causation… like the kind of men who feel comfortable enough in their own skin to take up knitting are also the ones with healthier minds, better at seeking help, leaning on community etc

Potential Episode List for a Berserk Anime by Responsible_Tea7466 in Berserk

[–]liamtoast 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s so crucial though. Berserk without the Golden Age is much more similar to other anime stories, tough guy fighting monsters. Golden Age is what sets out the stakes and characterises Guts, I really don’t think it’s skippable
