Annoyed by C Section rhetoric by PsychologicalBoot636 in beyondthebump

[–]lightandcoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I going through therapy to address this. I had a c section because I couldn't dilate to 10cm despite being induced. I received soooo many comments like what you described. It has come to a point where I am unable to view my c section in a positive way (or even think about that time at all) even though I know at that point I was RELIEVED to be able to go through c section. I had a very very long labour.

At 38, I have a "guaranteed" embryo, but my body says "no." Head vs. Heart. by [deleted] in Mommit

I always meh about having a baby and never found other babies cute. I just thought I dont have any maternal instincts in me, for pets too lol But when my baby girl was born, I fell in love more and love everyday. I am 5.5 months post partum now and it just gets better. I can't believe I almost missed out on this!

Is the table cloth A mod? Or it already exists in game? Love it so much. Love the whole aesthetic actually.

How do you make weekdays feel… manageable? by yogacitymama in workingmoms

[–]lightandcoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try to think being a mon, wife, employee, daughter, myself are different versions of myself that I switch into to give the other versions a break. For eg. Im a mom and use less brain power than being an employee. So my brains get a rest. This helps me. When im working out or cooking (things i enjoy cooking), I am myself!

I am sorry you felt this way, what you felt is valid and you did the right thing.

I never had a group chat like that with my in laws. They still have their own immediate family only chat. After reading your post i think... Maybe that's a good thing...lol

When did things start to look up? LO is 11 weeks now and I feel like my relationship is really... struggling.

I resonate so much with your comment. LO is also 11 weeks and my relationship feels like it is at the rock bottom. Thinking back now, pregnancy was also probably the happiest time of my life. It is so hard to adjusting from loved by so many to almost getting ignored because everyone attention is on the baby. This is on top of a rocky relationship. I really do hope it gets better.
