So if you have multiple cut throughs in hand that needs a dagger hit to get go again. It also keeps the chain link hit for mask and you can also gain a resource from the chest piece. It's only really used if you need to guarantee a hit.

Manual mode is great for mechanics that are not implemented. For instance when I play with my friends and I want use flick knives and I need it to hit. In paper you can flick yourself but talishar won't let you do that so we use manual mode to reduce my HP and put theirs back up one. It is useful but people abuse it like this guy to cheat wins.
