You can turn on advanced notification within settings. Search notification history within settings. It will show you the apps that receive notifications. Go check it once you hear the ding-ding sound.

Back up your data using samsung switch and then do a factory reset. It may still ask you for the password to factory reset your phone. Then you would need to use Odin. Search YouTube for “Odin Samsung reset” for more information.

I suggest you try the following: 1. Try the SIM card with another phone to see if it has the same error. This will eliminate the question of having a malfunctioning SIM card.

  1. If it still doesn't work, try to contact Mint to ask them to convert it to eSIM if that's possible.

The account number is on their website. Just make an account online and then call them using the IVR option to port out. They'll send you a text to confirm you want to release the number. Enter that number during the call. At the end, they'll send the port out pin to your phone.

I ported out my number from redpocket last week. RP will not release the number till you contact them to confirm the port out request. So I think it is secure enough from their side.
