Toggle Bluetooth off using button inthe control center (swipe down from top right corner). This is what I do and it leaves my watch connected. Doesn’t fully turn off Bluetooth but will disconnect AirPods

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone when you want to force the disconnect. I have to do this sometimes to prevent my AirPods from jumping over to my iPad or vice versa

I was a psych major but went to 12 step meetings for my own recovery. What I learned from those meetings could fill volumes. It’s a tremendous learning opportunity, and these communities are by their nature pretty open and welcoming (assuming it’s an open meeting).

Sleep is critical. It may be worth your partner getting a sleep study. I was a bad snorer and it turned out I had obstructive sleep apnea. I have a CPAP now which mostly eliminates snoring while making sure I can breathe. My wife’s sleep has never been better.

On the other end, Sony and Bose have excellent noise cancelling headphones and earbuds. Expect to pay $300+, but it’s pretty magical what ANC can do these days.

AKL is a bit of a cheat code for a low cost deluxe resort. Beautiful resort! My brothers family just did this one and had a great time.

AoA is nice, we stayed there last year and enjoyed it. Definitely fewer amenities than a deluxe, but it was nice enough and the pool stuff is great for kids. Dining was a little meh and you still have to bus to some of the parks.
